AI4AI: Identifying Gaps in the Genetic Improvement Programs Through Community Engagement with Farmers and Technicians

AI4AI: Identifying Gaps in the Genetic Improvement Programs Through Community Engagement with Farmers and Technicians

Date: 22-23 November 2024

Venue: Dairy Training and Research Institute (DTRI), UP Los Baños and Mavalor, Rosario Batangas

AboutThis two-day workshop is part of the ongoing AI4AI series, dedicated to advancing Agricultural Innovation through Artificial Intelligence. Building on insights from previous sessions, this workshop will explore key patterns and findings on the Genetic Improvement Program. Participants will engage directly with farmers to identify program implementation gaps to refine the implementation strategies. Additionally, the workshop will initialize a collaborative research work dedicated to developing an innovative digital platform that bridges the gap between agricultural science and field practices.
