Welcome to the CSRC Service Desk

    CSRC is the computing hub for the National Science Complex. Together with the University Computer Center, it provides IT-related support for the College of Science units.

    In order to streamline how service requests are addressed to better serve the complex, we make use of a support ticket system. Every service request is assigned a unique ticket number which can be used to track the progress and responses online.

    For your reference, we provide archives and history of your service requests. A valid email address is required to submit a request.

    Please note that CSRC, for now, has limited support personnel but will try to accommodate all service requests in a timely manner.

    If you have any network or troubleshooting issues, please click the CSRC ServiceDesk button below and create the ticket stating your concern.

    The Computational Science Research Center oversees the management of internal network infrastructure within the National Science Complex (NSC). We provide technical support and offer recommendations to enhance internal network connectivity within the NSC.
